A healthy body living in a healthy mind is one of our mantra we leave by. Our mission is to offer an alternative to traditional travel by introducing fitness and health vacation. Our trips are dedicated to training, nutrition, discovering new cultures, adventure and personal well-being.

You are the master of your vacation! We offer 2 training sessions per day plus a multitude of varied and dynamic activities to choose from depending on what you feel like doing each day. Don’t feel like training on some days?  No worries! You decide the intensity and frequency of your workouts, after all, it's your vacation! We are here to motivate and help you reach your goals but with respect and pleasure above all.

WHAT IS A FITNESS RETREAT?

A full week, where you will travel to an exotic location and train with a renowned professional coach, do yoga & surf, get to eat sumptuous meals, explore and relax. Every day is design for you to experience new adventures. Our retreats are formulated to accommodate any fitness level. This week of vacation is specially made for you!

Blaine Strong

Yes, that's his real last name! Blaine holds a Bachelors in kinesiology. His favorite go to training is based out of HIIT and functional training paired with a balanced nutrition. Through having his own body & mind transformation, it became his purpose to support others in having theirs. Join us and Blaine in Costa Rica for our next fitness retreat and a memorable week filled with adventures.
