Your week with us

During this week long escape you’ll get to work out, relax,
explore and learn new modern ways to train. With a well planned out schedule to create the perfect balance between sweating out and chilling out , you will also have the freedom
to decide whenever you feel like skipping out on a training session to go explore.

We offer you the chance to participate, voluntarily and only if your heart is calling to it, to a humanitarian aid activity in the city that we will visit together.
